2. What we collect and why

You are never required to give us data. Without contact details, however, we cannot reply to a request.
3. Cookies
This site works without tracking cookies. When you first visit, you are asked whether you also allow analytics and marketing cookies. Nothing is placed before you choose, and refusing is as easy as accepting. You can change your choice at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer.

Our own measurement of visits and tent views runs without cookies and without storing IP addresses, and therefore does not require your consent.
4. Who else sees your data
- Netlify — hosting of this website.
- Google (Workspace) — your request is stored in our internal spreadsheet and sent to us by email.
- Meta (WhatsApp) — only if you contact us through WhatsApp. Their own terms then apply to that conversation.
- Our advertising and analytics partners, but only for the categories you have accepted.
We do not sell your data and do not share it for purposes other than answering your request and measuring our campaigns.
5. Your rights
You may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing rests on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time — this does not affect what happened before.

6. Security and transfers
Access to requests is limited to the Tent Portal staff handling the sale. Some of our suppliers process data outside the European Economic Area; where that is the case, the transfer rests on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
We may update this policy. The version published here is the one that applies.
